Going to a concert alone

It was both better and worse than expected.

The projected social pressure of going to a concert alone felt real when surrounded by groups of friends/families. I also didn't have someone to share my excitement or feelings at the spot.

On the flip side, I felt the complete freedom to be myself and truly spent every second in the concert.

An enjoyable experience, 8 out of 10. Let's go on more date with myself <3

On "Counting Stars" - Ryan Tedder shared, "none of (the band members) come from money, there were nights where we couldn't sleep, staring at the ceiling and wondering if we would ever make it. Could we live our full life? Could we become independent and not rely on our parents? Could we afford the life and stop counting money, and start counting stars instead?"
